Downtown NYC Meetup & Fuji X-T2 Test
Last Sunday night, while most of New York huddled inside avoiding the sudden, torrential rain, I venture out to a meetup hosted by my friend @Misshattan and the Downtown Alliance. What would make me go out in such conditions? Partly it was too see friends, and another part was field testing the new Fujifilm X-T2 I just acquired. Overall it was a great time exploring ships, taking the NYC Water Taxi out to the Statue of Liberty, taking photos in the rain, and wrapping it up with drinks and bites at the Pier A Harbor House.
By the end of the night, I was seriously impressed with the low light capabilities of the X-T2, not to mention the weather sealing. I had the optional battery grip on as well which provided the option of shooting on "boost mode", shooting at 11fps which came in handy when running through the rain!
